Tour Itineary and Schedule:

On arrival in Washington, meet your Gray Line representative at Union Station and receive food voucher for lunch at the food court.

Return to Union Station for 2pm start of guided sightseeing tour: Step off the coach and visit Lincoln, Vietnam, Korean and Marine Corps (Iwo Jima) memorials. Board Arlington Cemetery’s tram to the Tomb of the Unknown for the Changing of the Guard and the Kennedy Grave sites. View from the coach US Capitol, Library of Congress, Supreme Court, Congressional office buildings, FBI Building, White House, Federal Triangle, Embassy Row.

Please note: due to new security policies on AMTRAK, all passengers will be required to have a valid photo ID for boarding the train.

Includes Complimentary Hotel Pick up and Return: Pick-up time at your hotel will be early AM (Between 7:00am and 8:00am depending on train schedule). Return to New York early evening (Between 7 pm and 9 pm depending on train schedule).

Hotel pick up is available to guests staying in Midtown Manhattan only from hotels located between 23^rdand 74^th streets. For guests not staying in the midtown area directions to nearest pick up point will be provided at confirmation. Transportation to the midtown pick-up point will be the responsibility of the passengers.

Adult and Child Rates: Child prices are not available for this tour. Adult prices apply to all travelers. Infants aged under 1 years travel free of charge, provided they do not occupy a seat. All prices listed are per person.

You must call 72 hours prior to the tour date to confirm your hotel pickup details. Contact details will be provided on your confirmation voucher. The Confirmation department is open 7 days a week, 8:30am – 4:00pm.

Passengers must call tour operator least 72 hours prior to departure date to reconfirm. Any reservation not reconfirmed will be subject to cancellation with penalties. Passengers can call 7 days a week from 8.30am to 4.00pm. Phone information provided on voucher.

Washington DC clients will be picked up at their midtown hotel (only between 23rd & 74th St. This will require that we have hotel information at the time you make your reservation. Passengers staying at hotels below 23^rd Street or above 74^th Street will be advised of where they will be picked up when they call to reconfirm. Transportation to the pick-up point will be the responsibility of the passengers.

Cancellations or changes of date received at least 8 days prior to departure - No penalties

Cancellations or changes of date received between 7 days and 4 days of departure - 50% penalty

Cancellations or changes of date within 4 days of departure or no-shows - No refund

In the event the Tour is canceled by Gray Line, the ticket fee may be refunded.

No refunds will be made on unused portions of the tour.

In case of passengers required to overnight in Niagara Falls due to weather or cancellation of flights, any additional costs incurred by passengers for hotel accommodations, meals and personal expenditures will be the responsibility of the passengers.
