The Cloisters Museum is the branch of the Metropolitan Museum of Art devoted to the art and architecture of medieval Europe. Over five thousand works of art dating from 1000 A.D. are in exhibit, including illuminated manuscripts, stained glass, metalworks, enamels, ivories and tapestries.
High atop historic Fort Tryon Park are four acres of spectacular views of the George Washington Bridge, the Palisades, the Hudson River and the 15,000-bulb Heather Garden.
Admission to Cloisters is NOT included. A voluntary donation is collected at the museum.
Gray Line New York Sightseeing is bringing 20 new, deluxe double decker buses to its fleet as a continuing commitment to New York City's tourism growth.
The new buses are fully heated during winter, air-conditioned during summer, wheelchair accessible and are engineered to meet the most stringent environmental standards existing today.

What do I receive for the price of the ticket?
You receive a ticket valid for 24hrs for access to All Loops including Uptown, Downtown, Brooklyn, Night Loop and Cloisters Loop. Admission to the Cloisters in NOT included in the ticket price.

You should pick up your tickets at our Gray Line
New York Sightseeing office, located at 777 Eighth Avenue (between 47th &
48th Streets).
What should I do if I don't receive my confirmation e-mail after making an
online purchase?
Please go to: Tourcorp Voucher Lookup ,input your last name and email address, scroll down and click on voucher link to retreive voucher.
Do your open-top double decker tours operate in the rain?
Yes, our double decker buses run rain or shine. We offer complimentary
disposable ponchos on rainy days to help keep you dry and you always have the
option to travel in the bottom, covered half of our double decker buses. The lower level of the buses are heated in the winter and air conditioned in the summer. No bathroom on board.
Are your vehicles handicapped accessible?
Yes. Handicapped
accessible vehicles are available. Any passenger requiring an ADA accessible
vehicle must inform us no later than 48 hours prior to departure. Call the number on your voucher to make arrangements.
Is smoking or drinking allowed aboard your vehicles?
For
the health and safety of our passengers and drivers, smoking and drinking is not allowed on
any of our vehicles.

tours?

Do you offer a student discount or other discounts such as AAA?
Regrettably we do not
offer discounted student tickets to individuals. We only offer adult and children rates, there are no discounted senior rates.

Your Credit Card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, AMEX, Mastercard and Discover Card.
Confirmation & Travel Voucher:
For every confirmed booking you will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print E-Ticket voucher on your home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at the Gray Line Visitor Center located at 777 8th Avenue between 47th & 48th street. This tour or acitivity can be booked on the day of your travel date.
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
Cancellations within
24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24
hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We
charge 100% for NO SHOWS. Some
specific tours and activities have a higher cancellation fee due to the
limited space available.
Confirmation for this tour be received at time of reservation. Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
