We had a great time and our guide was magnificent.
The New York 4 loop 3 day pass is well worth the money, as it includes entry into 3 attractions (this saved us $60 which meant that the tour itself worked out at $44 for three days. Guides were brilliant - be prepared to tip a dollar or two each time you get off the bus, but in most cases it's well worth it. Although the tour gives unlimited hop-on hop-off journeys on both up town and downtown loops, don't use them simply to travel around as you'll get frustrated with sitting in traffic (not a problem when you're actually doing the tour). Take the subway, cabs or walk - it's quicker. Overall great experience.

The all loops freestyle was excellent value for money. Must have saved over $60 on standard attraction charges. Hop on hop off great when you have only 4 days to see the sights of New York.
An excellent excursion offering not only great value but a great tour of the bay.

Our guide George was excellent, the boat stopped for enough time for photos of the Statue of Liberty, and George was more than willing to take group photos for us. An enjoyable time for us all.
In the future, bringing grandchildren to New York, I think I would purchase the 1 or 2 day NYC pass.

It was a very good start to our weekend in New York City
the tour guides were excellent. We did see some stars on our tour which was very exciting for us. Everyone associated with NBC were very pleasant and helpful I would recommend this trip to anyone!
All aspects of the tour package from ticket voucher purchase to completing the 4 tours were excellent. We had rain on the night tour which can not be avoided. They, however could use more busses. It was a long hot wait in Battery bark for the Brooklyn tour.

The first tour guide was a bit grumpy - probably due to the extreme hot temperatures in NCY; however, so were the rest of us. I did not think he was very professional and did not really give much history or information about the route we were on. He had a heavy accent, and it was a bit hard to understand what he was saying. The second tour guide was a lot more friendly and gave more information along the route. She, too, had a bit of an accent making it difficult to understand what she was saying. Our third and final tour guide was excellent. He knew the complete history all along the route up into Harlem, the upper east & west sides and spoke clearly. He was friendly and very informative.
CIty Pass New York was excellent for a first time visit to view major tourist spots. Not buying tickets in a long line
was a major plus.

Excellent value even if you don't visit all the attractions! No waits in line, and the selection included are all top tourist destinations. The guides at the museums were excellent, definitely recommend joining a public tour if time is short.

this city pass is worth the price, and all the Activity is selective.
The tour operator was excellent. We were celebrating a birthday for on of us. We got stuck in traffic and was running late. They waited for us. Excellent customer service. Excellent tour.

I guess this is one of the things you do when you go to NYC. I enjoyed it but wasnt blown away. Been i a helicopter before so didnt have the thrill of that new experience. They fly you around Governors Island and around S of L on Liberty Island before heading up West of Manhattan. Good view of most of the city and tyhe pilot gave a helpful commentary.
Also felt it all worked pretty smoothly when we arrived. Not much hanging about or anything.

I was very disappointed with the security check which was made by an employee of the tour company. The metal detector lit up with objects in both myself and my sons pockets but no further search was made. For $30 this was scandalous.
We could have had anything in our pockets and no further search as made. Staff were also not insistent enough in customers watching safety video.
