Well we were very excited about the boat tour, it looked wonderful and was disappointed when the night was cancelled, but contact was made with me to re-schedule, which we did. We were also promised a free glass of wine for the inconvenience. On the day of our tour, delta airways delayed the flight and that meant that we would not be in new york on time for the departure, I had to ring the booking office to find out what the latest time we could get there for departure, the gentleman that answered my call was very sympathetic and instantly told me not to worry, and changed my booking for another night, much to the relief of me and my girlfriend. On the night of our tour we arrived at the dock and the boat was 5 stars! We boarded, the staff were very polite and helpful, shown to our table and eventually set sail. The tour and views were magnificent, the food was fantastic and perfectly cooked, and was not rushed so you could take in the sights. desserts were longer in being served so you had time to walk on deck to see the statue of liberty etc etc. It was one of the best nights of our holiday. If you like a bit of luxury on your holidays then the bateaux dinner cruise is a must! When we first booked the tour, i must admit I thought that it was a bit pricey, when I had done the tour I thought it was the best value for money you could get! I am not too bothered if i ever get back to New York, but if I do ever get there again, this tour would be the first thing i booked after the flight tickets! only one critisism....... i never did get that free glass of wine!!!!! :-)robert w., United Kingdom, 09-2007

Cancellation and No Show Policy:
Cancellations within 72hrs of the reservation are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 72hrs are charged a minimum of $10.00 per person administration fee. Dates may be re-scheduled subject to availability and must be done at least 72hrs prior to cruise date. We charge 100% for No Shows.
