• Departs Pier 17 South Street Seaport at Fulton and South Streets New York 10038

• Pets are not allowed on board. Only Assisted Life Dogs and Seeing Eye Dogs - no other animals are permitted.

• All our boats are designed to be ADA accessible, as are all docks that we install. Wheelchairs do not have access to the top deck.

• Food and soft drinks can be brought Onboard. No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed onboard. Boats are smoke-free.

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. No Shows are charged 100% In the event the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.
