the concept is a good one but based on what's going on at the various locations to me that determines what the shopping experience will be like.we missed one of the stops,the guide recommended that we do it on our own at a later time.for me by it being new york and most tourist have agenda's to me that was a difficult to impossible to do. having structured activities that are carried out as prearranged was what i was expecting.also at the last stop the guide was very quick to leave us to our own devices and made a hasty departure.i kinda did not like that but the last stop .........oh well! Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.
