BORDER CROSSING REQUIREMENTS

Entry into Canada by Non-Canadians:

Possession of proper documentation is the responsibility of the passenger.

As of June 1, 2009, everyone from every country arriving in Canada by air, land and sea has needed a passport. When you enter Canada, a CBSA officer may ask to see your passport and a valid visa, if necessary. If you are a permanent resident of Canada or the United States, you should bring your Permanent Resident Card (the U.S. "green card") with you.

On June 1, 2009, U.S. citizens returning home from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean or Bermuda, by land or sea, will be required to present one of the travel documents listed below.

• U.S. Passport: This is an internationally recognized travel document that verifies a person’s identity and nationality. It is accepted for travel by air, land and sea.

• U.S. Passport Card: This is a new, limited-use travel document that fits in your wallet and costs less than a U.S. Passport. It is only valid for travel by land and sea.

Adult and Child Rates:

• Child prices are not available for this tour. Adult prices apply to all travelers. Infants aged under 1.5 years travel free of charge, provided they do not occupy a seat. All prices listed are per person.

Booking:

• Requires 4 day advance reservations and is subject to availability.

• Confirmation for this product will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability

• You must call at least 48 hours prior to the tour date to confirm your hotel pickup details. Contact details will be provided on your confirmation voucher. The Confirmation department is open 7 days a week, 8:00am - 6:00pm.

• Gray Line New York Sightseeing and TourCorp assumes no liability or responsibility for airline delays. In case of passengers required to overnight in Niagara Falls due to weather or cancellation of flights, any additional costs incurred by passengers for hotel accommodations, meals and personal expenditures will be the responsibility of the passengers.

• Passengers must call tour operator least 48 hours prior to departure date to reconfirm. Any reservation not reconfirmed will be subject to cancellation with penalties. Passengers can call 7 days a week from 8.30am to 4.00pm. Phone information provided on voucher.

 

Payment:

Your Credit Card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover Card.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

Requires 7 day advance reservations and is subject to availability. Confirmation for this product will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print voucher on your home/ office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location.Only one voucher will be created per tour acitivity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

• Changes of date received at least 21 days prior to departure: No Penalties

• Cancellations received at least 21 days prior to departure: $25.00 per person

• Cancellations or changes of date within 20 days of departure: No Refund. Final Sale.

• In the event the Tour is canceled by Gray Line, the ticket fee may be refunded. No refunds will be made on unused portions of the tour.

Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
