Worked well with crowds. Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island tour time was meaningless. We rushed to get there on time and were told that it doesn't matter what time you get there. Overall it was good.

We had RAIN for the first 2 days so it messed up our PLAN of action---people should be flexible and do all indoor activities then--BUT< EVERYONE tries to do the outdoor stuff on the GOOD days, so waiting is extended. EG: the line at the Empire State bldg was a 2-hr wait, even w/your pass....but that was on Good Friday at 5pm..we might have been smarter to go EARLY!

I'm very satisfied to have used the NYC City Pass, booking online with your company two weeks before my departure. I could also book being in Europe while another company prevented me to book out of US: this was a great advantage. I traveled with a friend of mine: in NYC we visited 5 over 6 of the booked attractions. We think the "bookable" attractions are representative of the city attractions, except for Liberty Island (it was out of the six).

Excellent package - for sites listed - I might however skip the Empire State BLDG and try the "Top of the Rock" Empire State BLDG Does NOT allow you to take pictures or even LOOK at the beautiful inside architecture - which was something we had hoped to do. Herded through the bldg to upper deck like animals.
