Heliport Location:

• The Downtown Heliport is located at Pier 6 and the East River - No.6 N River Piers NY 10004. Guests should arrive 15-30 minutes prior to flight time.
  

Parking:

• The closest parking garage to our Downtown Pier 6 Heliport is located at the South Street Seaport. We are a five to ten minute walk from there.

Helicopter & Seating:

• Each of our helicopters seats up to 6 passengers plus the pilot. Liberty helicopters primarily uses American Eurocopter Products. Our state-of-the-art Single and Twin Engine Jet Helicopters are climate controlled, providing heat and air conditioning, along with an expanded cabin, comfortably seating up to seven. Those aboard enjoy spectacular sights and photo opportunities unique to Helicopter Sightseeing.

 

Payment:

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.

Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.

Comfortable shoes, extra layer of warm clothing, hats, visors and sunglasses. Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions. Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
