Departure Location:

• Please meet at the tour office located at 690 8th. Avenue between 43rd & 44th Streets. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your confirmed tour time.

• Complimentary drop-offs are offered on all late night tours and most daytime tours from uptown, down to 34th Street. The drop-offs are made along Columbus Avenue, Broadway, and Seventh Avenue.

Handicapped Accessibility:

• With advance knowledge, wheelchair bound customers can be seated in the front row of the tour bus with their wheelchairs folded away in the luggage compartment of the bus. It is mandatory that someone accompany customers with special needs. A maximum of one person in a wheelchair can be accommodated per bus. Private services with wheelchair accessible transportation is available.

 

Payment:

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover Cards.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print voucher on your home/ office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location.Only one voucher will be created per tour acitivity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Cancellations within 72 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 72 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.

Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.

Comfortable shoes, extra layer of warm clothing, hats, visors and sunglasses. Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions. Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
