You had to sit inside to hear the commentary. The organizer's insistence on taking souvenir photos of every guest (for possible sale at the end of the cruise) created a long, slow queue of people trying to get on the boat. I loved the tour! I lived in NJ for most of my life and not until I moved to FL almost 20 years ago, did I participate in tourist attractions in the metropolitan area.
