Departure Location:

• Please meet at Gray Line Visitor Center in Times Square: 777 8th Ave. between 47th & 48th Streets. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your desired start time.

In The Event of Rain:

• The double decker buses run rain or shine. We offer complimentary disposable ponchos on rainy days to help keep you dry and you always have the option to travel in the bottom, covered half of our double decker buses. The lower level of the buses are heated in the winter and air conditioned in the summer. No bathroom on board. Our buses meet the most stringent environmental standards existing today.

Handicapped accessibility:

• Handicapped accessible vehicles are available. Any passenger requiring an ADA accessible vehicle must inform us no later than 48 hours prior to departure. Call the number on your voucher to make arrangements.

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour can be booked on the same day of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within immediately upon completion of booking. You will also receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. No Shows are charged 100% In the event the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.

Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.
