• Departure Location: Cruise departs from Chelsea Piers, Pier 61 at 23rd Street, NY 10011. Driving and parking directions will be included in your confirmation email.

• Parking: Paid Parking is available at Pier 61. Click here for Chelsea Pier's parking rates.

• Cruise Attire: Bateaux New York does not allow T-shirts, jeans or sneakers to be worn on any cruise. For the dinner cruise, we suggest jackets and ties for men and business or evening attire for ladies.

• Handicapped Accessibility: Boats are Handicapped accessible and restrooms are Handicap-accessible.

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Cancellations within 72hrs of the reservation are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 72hrs are charged a minimum of $10.00 per person administration fee. Dates may be re-scheduled subject to availability and must be done at least 72hrs prior to cruise date. We charge 100% for No Shows.
