January - December: Daily Departing at 7:00pm (Sunday - Thursday) and 8:00pm (Friday - Saturday)

Departure Location:

• Cruise departs from Chelsea Piers, Pier 61 at 23rd Street, NY 10011. Driving and parking directions will be included in your confirmation email. Paid Parking is available at Pier 61.

Cruise Attire:

• Bateaux New York does not allow T-shirts, jeans or sneakers to be worn on any cruise. High end casual recommended for afternoon cruises.

Handicapped Accessibility:

• Boats are Handicapped accessible and restrooms are Handicap-accessible.

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Cancellations within 72hrs of the reservation are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 72hrs are charged a minimum of $10.00 per person administration fee. Dates may be re-scheduled subject to availability and must be done at least 72hrs prior to cruise date. We charge 100% for No Shows.
