When you arrive at the airport customer assistance is available from the Port Authority at the Ground Transportation Desk in every terminal at JFK, LaGuardia and Newark.

Luggage compartments are in the rear of the van, separate from the seating area. As a courtesy to your fellow passengers, one large suitcase and one carry-on are allowed per person. We look forward to serving you.

HOW TO USE YOUR ONLINE VOUCHER:

Transfer from Airport to Manhattan:

• Upon arrival at the airport, proceed to the Ground Transportation Desk in your arriving terminal and present your Go Airlink NY Voucher. The agent at the desk will assist you. There is a Ground Transportation Desk in every terminal at JFK, LaGuardia and Newark airport. Destination address will be requested from you upon arrival at the Airport GO Airlink NY Desk.

• Service provided to addresses between Manhattan Battery Park and 125th Street Only. See "Other Info" for a list of serviced neighborhoods by zip code.

Transfer from Manhattan to Airport:

• In order to arrange your return, you will be provided a local telephone number on your confirmation voucher at completion of the booking process. It will be your responsibility to call this local number and arrange your pick up at least 24 hours prior to your return date. Upon arrival in New York, please call this telephone number at least 24 hours in advance to reconfirm your home, hotel or office pick up. Tell the agent that you have already purchased an online ticket and wish to schedule pick up.

IMPORTANT: For Zip Codes 10027 & 10035 service is only provided for addresses up to 125th Street. Service is not provided beyond 125th Street. We do not service Brooklyn, the Bronx, Staten Island and Queens

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher

For every confirmed booking you will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print vouchers on your home/ office printer. Please present this E-Ticket voucher to the van driver. Only one voucher will be created per reservation for all travelers. Round trip reservations will have 2 vouchers. Your Voucher will be collected by driver as proof of payment.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. No Shows are charged 100%

Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.
