Please note that a pick up time WILL NOT be issued to you at time of confirmation. Guests are required, upon arrival in New York, to call the local number provided on the emailed confirmation voucher to re-confirm their Hotel Information. At this time you will be provided a confirmed pick up time. Your must call at least 72 Hours prior to your tour date. Any reservation not re-confirmed will be subject to cancellation with penalties.

Tour Itineary and Schedule:

• Complimentary Hotel Pick up to airport for guests staying in Midtown Manhattan from hotels located between 23rd and 74th Streets ONLY. Guests not staying in the midtown area can wait at one of the Midtown Area Hotels and pick up will be scheduled from that hotel .Transportation to the midtown pick-up point will be the responsibility of the passengers. Pick-up time at your hotel will be early AM, between 4:45am and 9.30am depending on flight schedule.

• Approximatly a one hour flight to Upstate New York's Buffalo Airport

• Meet Gray Line Guide on arrival at Buffalo and depart with private luxury motorcoach to Niagara Falls. You will spend approximatly 3 hours touring each side of the falls. Time spent depends on traffic and weather.

• Buffet lunch stop at restaurant, with panoramic view of the Falls. Lunch is inlcuded in tour price. After Lunch Guests will partake - dependent on the season - in The Maid of the Mist or Journey Behind The Falls Adventure:

• May- October: Maid of the Mist Boat Cruise: Come explore the roar aboard the Maid of The Mist.

  The 30 minute Maid of the Mist Adventure delights passengers by sailing into the mist and crashing waters of the thundering falls. No trip to Niagara Falls is complete without experiencing the thrill of the world famous Maid Boat Ride. The Maid of The Mist is North America's Oldest Tourist Attraction, Operating since 1846.

• November - April: Journey Behind the Falls Tour: The sound is like thunder, the sight awe-inspiring! Water crashes around you from 13-feet storeys above as you are immersed in the spray and mist of the mighty Horseshoe Falls. This exhilarating 30-45 minute Journey takes you down 150 feet below the heart of falls through tunnels that will lead you behind the rushing wall of water. Take in spectacular views from observation decks at the foot of the falls where you can actually feel the thundering waters.

• Transfer back to Upstate New York airport for one hour return flight to New York. Transfer from airport to midtown Manhattan hotels. Return to New York early evening, between 7:00pm and 9:00pm depending on flight schedule.

• Child prices are not available for this tour. Adult prices apply to all travelers. Infants aged under 1.5 years travel free of charge, provided they do not occupy a seat. All prices listed are per person.

In case of passengers required to overnight in Niagara Falls due to weather or cancellation of flights, any additional costs incurred by passengers for hotel accommodations, meals and personal expenditures will be the responsibility of the passengers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

• Changes of date received at least 21 days prior to departure: No Penalties

• Cancellations received at least 21 days prior to departure: $25.00 per person

• Cancellations or changes of date within 20 days of departure: No Refund. Final Sale.

• In the event the Tour is canceled by Gray Line, the ticket fee may be refunded. No refunds will be made on unused portions of the tour.
