1: I bought the card and have printed out my voucher. Where do I pick up the Cards and discounts?

Bring your voucher to the redemption center (see address above)

2: How long does my New York Explorer Pass last?

Your New York Explorer Pass is valid for thirty consecutive days.

3: How does my New York Explorer Pass work?

All you have to do is present your New York City Explorer Pass at a participating attraction and your entry is included (you pay nothing). The New York City Explorer Pass is valid for admission to 5 attractions.

The pass is activated the first time you use it and you have 30 days to visit 5 different attractions. You can visit each of your selected attractions 1 time. Every person (ages 3 and up) in your group must have a New York City Explorer Pass to take advantage of the free admissions. Attraction admissions follow the open operating hours of the attraction.

4: If I'm traveling with a friend, can we use the same card?

No, the New York Explorer Pass is only valid for one person. If you would like to share your New York Experience with a friend, you will each need to have your own New York Explorer Pass.

5: Do children need to have a New York Explorer Pass ?

Yes, please see above for discounts for children ages 3-12.

6: What happens if I lose my New York Explorer Pass ?

Unfortunately, an activated New York Explorer Pass is like cash. It is non-refundable.

7: How do I know which attractions to visit?

Each order receives a New York City Explorer Pass guidebook. This guidebook is your resource for creating your own tailor-made experience and includes attraction descriptions, hours of operation, directions, maps and much more!

8: Is it a ride or a guided tour?

No, the New York Explorer Pass is more like a ticket to be used for an attraction/venue admission..
