All tickets for the ferry, museum and for the United Nations Tour can be used at any time during the stay and are all accessible by The Downtown Loop. To navigate your stops, use our All Loops Map

1. All Loops Tour including Uptown Loop, Downtown Loop, Brooklyn Loop and Night Loop:

Valid for for 48hrs, explore the city at your leisure over 2 consecutive days. Each Loop leaves at approximate half hour intervals throughout the day: Loops closed 12/25 & 01/01

Downtown Loop: 8:00AM – 6:00PM
Uptown Loop: 8:30AM – 5:00PM
Brooklyn Loop: 10:00AM - 4:00PM
Night Tour: 6:00PM – 8:00PM (Replaced with Holiday Lights Tour in December)

2. Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry or 1 Hr Harbor Cruise:

Statue of Liberty Ferry departing from Battery Park, operates daily from January - December or 1hr Harbor Cruise: departing from Pier 16 South Sreet Seaport operates daily from May - September. Downtown Loop stops at Battery Park and South Street Seaport.

3. United Nation Tours:

Operates 7 days a week except on Saturdays and Sundays in January and February at which time it is replaced by tickets to the Empire State Building. (U.N closed 11/24, 12/25, 01/01)

4. Top of The Rock:

Open daily (365 days) from 8:00am to 12:00am.

5. Seaport Museum:

Located at Pier 16, the museum is daily from Tuesday - Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How long is the loop if I do not disembark at any of the stops?
Downtown Loop is approximately 2.5 hrs, Uptown: 2hrs, Brooklyn: 2hrs, Night Loop: 2hrs.

If I get off at one of the stops, how long do I wait for another bus to come by?
During the months of January - March, approximately 30-45 minutes and from April- December, approximately 20-30 minutes.

Where do I pick up my sightseeing tickets that I purchased online?
You should pick up your tickets at the Gray Line New York Sightseeing office, located at 777 Eighth Avenue (between 47th & 48th Streets). You will receive an E-Ticket Voucher at time of booking. Print and submit this voucher for tickets.

What should I do if I don't receive my confirmation e-mail after making an online purchase?
Please go to: Tourcorp Voucher Lookup ,input your last name and email address, scroll down and click on voucher link to retreive voucher.

Do your open-top double decker tours operate in the rain?
Yes, our double decker buses run rain or shine. We offer complimentary disposable ponchos on rainy days to help keep you dry and you always have the option to travel in the bottom, covered half of our double decker buses. The lower level of the buses are heated in the winter and air conditioned in the summer. No bathroom on board. Our buses meet the most stringent environmental standards existing today.

Are your vehicles handicapped accessible?
Yes. Handicapped accessible vehicles are available. Any passenger requiring an ADA accessible vehicle must inform us no later than 48 hours prior to departure. Call the number on your voucher to make arrangements.

Is smoking or drinking allowed aboard your vehicles?
For the health and safety of our passengers and drivers, smoking and drinking is not allowed on any of our vehicles.

Where do the double decker buses stop on your Hop-On Hop-Off tours?
Please use our ALL LOOPS ROUTE MAP for all the stops throughout Uptown, Downtown of Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Do you offer a student, military or other discounts such as AAA?
Regrettably we do not offer discounted student, or military tickets to individuals. We only offer adult and children rates, there are no discounted senior rates.

Please Note: At holiday times and in summer, clients should allow at least 2-3 hours if visiting only Statue of Liberty and 3-4 hours if visiting both Statue and Ellis Island.Purchasing ferry ticket in advance, will allow clients to save time by not having to stand in line at ticket booth but they must still wait on line to board ferry. First stop is Liberty Island, second stop is Ellis Island then ferry returns to Battery Park.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

For every booking you will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print E-Ticket voucher on your home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at the Gray Line Visitor Center located at 777 8th Avenue between 47th & 48th street. This tour or acitivity can be booked on the day of your travel date.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. In the event the Tour is canceled by Gray Line, the ticket fee may be refunded. Voucher is valid for redemption for up to one year after confirmed tour date.

Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
